    Leaflets 3, ovate-oblong to narrowly oblong or lanceolate, 1·8–7 cm. long, 0·5–2 cm. wide, subacute to rounded and mucronulate at the apex, rounded at the base, glabrous or sparsely puberulous above, adpressed pilose beneath; petiole 1·5–5 cm. long; rhachis 1–3 mm. long; petiolules 1·5 mm. long; stipules ovate-lanceolate, 4–8 mm. long, veined.

    Flowers axillary in 2–4-flowered fascicles; peduncle short, ± 3 mm. long; pedicels 2–3 mm. long; bracts persistent, linear, 3–5 mm. long; bracteoles persistent, linear-lanceolate, 3–5 mm. long.

    Calyx pubescent; tube 2–3 mm. long; lobes linear-lanceolate, 4–7 mm. long, the upper pair almost completely joined to form an obscurely bifid lip.
    Corolla
    Standard pale yellow or ivory and sometimes with a purplish spot, oblong-elliptic, 1–1·3 cm. long, 8 mm. wide.

    Pods linear, 4–8 cm. long, 2–3·5 mm. wide, sparsely adpressed puberulous.
