    Diagnostic
    Differs from T. multinerve in the shorter cuneate-obcordate leaflets, up to 7 mm. long by 5 mm. wide, with the main lateral nerves at ± 40° to the midrib, the absence of any peduncle and the calyx teeth 2–2·5 mm. long, shorter than the tube which is inflated in fruit and seems not to split down the upper side.
