    Leaves shallowly to deeply 3lobed, 5–8 × 6–8 cm, the lobes rounded, apex rounded, base truncate or cordate, margin crenate, very sparsely stellate-hairy above and below or glabrous; petiole 5–7 cm long, sparsely stellate-hispid; stipules linear, 3–6 × 0.2 mm, hispid

    Flowers solitary in leaf axils (rarely in axillary cymes); pedicel 2–3 cm long, articulated in the top quarter, shortly stellate-hispid; epicalyx of 7 linear bracts, 2–3 × 0.5–1 mm, pubescent, shorter than the calyx; calyx lobes lanceolate or triangular, 5–8 × 2–3 mm, fused in the lower half, stellate-hispid, each 3-veined

    Corolla white or creamcoloured, fading pink, 6–10 mm long, glabrous

    Capsule straw-coloured, ellipsoid, 8–11 mm long, 6–7 mm diameter, hispid.
